May I introduce myself? I am the fastest and most uncomplicated Bartender for your business! Its my daily job to give the perfect measure of cocktails and considerable savings in cost of sales. That means more profit and free time for my employer!

As „the fastest Bartender“, I produce perfect cocktails in 3-5 seconds, with up to 300 cocktails per hour, using standard spirits and juices and have the recepies for 500 cocktails in my memory. I mix cocktails in a similar way to pouring from bottles, but with the advantage of always using the same exact measures.This way my guests always receive a perfectly mixed drink. I am of course a team player, I dont require holidays, I am never ill and I am pleasant and easy going. I am enthusiastic, indispensable and flexible to install.

However you are the kind of person who would have used the steam train, cars, telephones, computers and kitchen convection ovens when they were invented and developed, ... is that right? You are a doer, the masses hesitate! This miracle will cost you just 4 cocktails per day!
What do you pay for your barstaff, per day, per week, per year, in 10 years? How often do you have to find cover for illness and holidays? We demonstrate the high quality requirement we have for the food safety standards of our cocktail machine and its cleaning programme, by the fact that we are HACCP certified. The HACCP certification also shows that health hazzard risks to your guests are reduced to a minimum.

The cocktail machine is driven by PLC controls, similar to the ones used industrially for the control of windturbines, filling systems or for lifting ships. We do not use a conventional computer with a hard drive and this way the cocktail machine is protected from any kind of vibration and knocks. For you, that means high dependability and no down time. One of our long term customers has now produced over 245.000 cocktails without a failure. If required, the cocktail machine can also be used in battery mode.

Display

Display

The touchscreen does not use a display from the notebook or tablet industry as these are too susceptible to faults. You can touch our displays with sticky and wet fingers or wipe them with a wet cloth. Our displays are used in maritime applications and are not only tough, but are also very easy to use.

We use 5 litre containers for the cocktail machine, which if required can be increased to 10 and 20 litres. The connector is positioned at the lowest point, which avoids air from causing hold ups in the machine. That would result in not all the ingredients being pumped into the shaker and the cocktail wouldnt taste right and your guests would be dissapointed and complain...and you dont want that, do you?

Pumps

We only use electronic pumps as opposed to pneumatic driven models. Each e-pump is driven seperately with a control impluse sent via an individual electrical circuit. In the event that a pump fails, then this would only affect that pump. That means that you could continue to produce cocktails. If pneumatic pumps were used, the whole unit would be affected and you wouldnt be able to produce any cocktails. Furthermore, a drinks system requires consistently balanced pressure, which results in the pumps delivering the set capacity. If the presure falls, the correct quality or ingredients are no longer delivered to the cocktail. For this reason we only use pumps from the market leader with the highest quality standards and the best availability. The compay Xylem Waterproof is the global leader in flowjet pumps for the drinks sector. Companies like BurgerKing, McDonalds and Coca Cola rely on this quality.

The serving is done via a V2A stainless steel dispenser with the sizes: 420mm high, 200mm wide and 240mm deep. Large dispensers are not required, as we pay special attention to an appropriate integration into your existing bar and most owners always have too little space behind the bar. From the designed tray under the dispenser, every bartender knows where to place the shaker. This enables a very quick cocktail production. In addition to this, each ingredient has an individual dispensing head, which prevents unwanted intermixing of ingredients. You can also create perfect and milliter exact measures of long drinks and fruit spritzers with our optional spritzer module.

Space is always one of the biggest challenges for bar owners. Thanks to modern dispensing technology and the smallest components, you require, for example for 28 ingredients, a space just 100cm wide and 76cm high.
The cocktail machine can be individually integrated, according to your wishes, into your existing bar or mobile bar and the bottles with your spirits can go in the cupboard.

Since I started using the cocktail machine, we promtly decided on a large unit with 40 ingredients. As a direct result, developments occured that I would never have expected. I have more free time, fewer headaches and even more money in my wallet. The reason is the following: In the time before the cocktail machine, which in reality just measures drinks portions and manages my cocktail recepies, I used to be the firefighter on busy days, always ready to help my staff, behind the bar if things got hectic, occasionally until late at night. Nevertheless, on the busy days there were sometimes two members of staff behind the bar. If there were not a lot of guests there, one of them would be standing around with nothing to do. It was very difficult to forecast when the staff should come in. This situation has now changed completely. We now have only one barman on duty per shift. Our barman is new to our business and he is thrilled about how easy it is to make cocktails. He likes to come to work because he knows he can totally depend on the cocktail machine, so that he also doesnt have a headache if 400 cocktails are ordered in an evening. To summarize, I can say that I have saved one person behind the bar, in addition to that my cost of sales is correct and we have practically no returned cocktails. But most importantly I have more free time. That is priceless! The cocktail machine was one of the best decisions I have made in relation to my business.

We have been using the cocktail machine since August 2014 and we are totally convinced about its functionality.
